How long will my package arrive?
Your order will be processed within 1 - 2 business day. If your item ships from our US warehouse, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. For items shipped from overseas, delivery may take 5–10 business days.
Where do you ship your products?
We’re working hard to serve more countries soon, but right now we only ship within the United States.
How much is the shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders $50 and up. If your order is below $50, standard shipping ranges from $4.99 (for items 0.27 kg and under) to $15.99 (for items 2.27 kg and over). Need it faster? Same-day expedited shipping is also available, starting at $25 for packages up to 0.45 kg and going up to $59 for packages 6.81 kg and above.
How to cancel my order?
Contact us immediately. If your order is still within the processing window we’ll cancel it and issue a refund. Once the package has shipped and is out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible.
