Return & Refund Policy
At JLouren, every piece is prepared with care, and we truly hope you love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to guide you through the process.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery (based on your tracking information).
- Please request your return within 7 days of receiving your order
- Once approved, items must be shipped back within 7 days
If your order arrives in multiple packages, the return window begins once the final package is delivered
Return Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging (with SKU label)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that don’t meet these conditions may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Bodysuits
- Swimwear
- Intimates / Lingerie
- Final sale items and gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, kindly email us within 48 hours at support@jlouren.com with your order number and photos. We’ll review it and make it right as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Processing typically takes 5–7 business days
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order once your return has been approved.
Sizing Guide
We always recommend checking our size chart before ordering.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that:
- Sizing is based on supplier measurements
- A 1–2 cm variation may occur
We’re unable to accept returns for incorrect size selection, so feel free to reach out if you need help choosing your size.
